Roles And Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reach out to fresh and follow-up leads daily through outbound calls.
- Guide clients through processes via outbound calls, video calls, or webinars.
- Meet daily call targets and complete assigned tasks within specified time frames.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Take initiative to drive results and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field (except engineering).
- 05 years of experience in the Mutual Fund industry, or in a client-facing role in another industry.
- Proficiency in at least three languages: English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Excellent verbal and vocal communication skills in English.
- Must demonstrate loyalty, honesty, and a long-term career vision.
- Should be proactive, confident, and capable of making sound decisions.
