We're Hiring for Manufacturing & Digital OpEx | Life Sciences. Join our global consulting team driving transformation across Pharma & Med-Tech manufacturing. Lead digital initiatives across shop floor execution, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
- Lead and deliver digital transformation programs in Pharma manufacturing, focusing on Digital Operational Excellence
- Conduct as-is assessments and define to-be manufacturing processes, integrating digital tools and lean principles
- Lead Industry 4.0 tools implementation at shop floor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, IT, Engineering, Production, Safety, etc.) to ensure seamless deployment of digital solutions
- Define and track KPIs to measure performance improvements and compliance
- Support business development through proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership
- Lead and execute Digital OPEX initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and problemsolving methodologies
- Conduct end-to-end assessments of shop floor processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead digital transformation programs for pharma/medical device operations, including:
- MES, QMS, LIMS, enhancements
- IoT, data analytics, digital SOPs, eBatch records
- Predictive maintenance and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and deploy Industry 4.0based solutions
- Define digital roadmaps and implementation strategies for manufacturing excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, presentations, and executive updates
- Provide advisory support on compliance, GMP/GxP practices, and operational improvement strategies
- Manage end-to-end consulting engagements including planning, execution, reporting, and change management
- Familiarity with MES, LIMS, ERP, and other digital shop-floor tools
- Use data analytics and visualization platforms (Power BI/Tableau preferred) to support decision-making.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field. MBA Preferred from top tier b-school.
- 810 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Devices manufacturing environments
- Strong exposure to shop floor operations (manufacturing, packaging, quality operations, supply chain)
- At least 35 years of consulting experience, preferably with global or large-scale clients
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
- Experience implementing MES, eBR, or automation solutions
- Familiarity and hands on implementation experience of Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 technologies: IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing, digital twins
- Experience in global rollouts and multi-site implementations
- Relevant certifications- Lean Six Sigma, Project management, Supply Chain Processes (CPSM) will be an added advantage
