Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach, digital channels, networking, and partnerships.
  • Promote the company's digital marketing and tech solutions to prospective clients across industries.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and market trends.
  • Pitch services to decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, IT Managers) and close deals with a consultative sales approach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, design) to ensure timely and effective solution delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B Digital Sales or Tech Sales, preferably within the Digital Marketing or IT Services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, CRM, ERP, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing client network or contacts in digital/IT industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Understanding of branding and market positioning strategies.
