Job Description

What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager-Sales & Business Development (m/f/d):

  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales to meet and exceed targets by actively seeking and enabling new revenue opportunities
  • Developing and implementing new logo acquisition strategy, market mapping and analytics of the markets
  • Sale of products/solutions in the Enterprise, Mid-Market and SME segments in the India region primarily assigned and achieve the sales revenue/targets ensuring quality as per KPIs
  • Constantly liaise with internal and external stakeholders by anticipating their needs, and channel partners team to position our solution better with end-customers pain points and value propositions
  • Build up a strong Solution Business Messaging from a product perspective as well as from a market perspective.

Your Profile as Deputy Manager-Sales & Business Development (m/f/d):

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology, and MBA in Marketing (is a plus)
  • 6-10 years of professional experience in managing end-to-end sales
  • Must have experience driving enterprise and fleet sales
  • Proven experience in domain such as automotive telematics (incl. video telematics) / fleet management / IoT / Embedded Systems / ERP / SaaS
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
