Digital Security - SME (FW2)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Monitor logs and initiate troubleshooting for Windows, VMware, and HyperV administration.
2. Resolve network/system issues based on troubleshooting, implementing required resolutions.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SMEs and support the troubleshooting process.
4. Follow process compliance, maintain ticketing system, and ensure SLA adherence.

Job Requirements:

1. Any Graduate (Engineering / Science).
2. Certification in Windows Server Administration, VMware, or Virtualization Fundamentals.
3. Experience in antivirus management and scripting for automation.
4. Proficiency in clustering, patch management, and system troubleshooting.
