Digital Security - Senior Administrator (FW2)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage network technology for the business, including technology rollouts and team readiness.
2. Troubleshoot network issues, implement resolution steps, and validate outcomes.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SME and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
4. Maintain network equipment inventory, prepare reports, and ensure SLA adherence.

Job Requirements:

1. B.Sc degree.
2. Experience in Cisco, Fortigate, Firepower, and Checkpoint network administration.
3. Strong troubleshooting and network management skills.
4. Ability to ensure process compliance and track tickets for SLA adherence.
