About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Sales Director who can lead B2B sales efforts across digital, IT, and SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, understands client needs, and can convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
You will play a key role in driving revenue, building pipelines, and closing deals while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and product presentations
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Maintain and track sales pipeline and forecasts
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 1–7 years of experience in B2B, IT, or SaaS sales
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Agency or startup experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
