Role: Relationship Manager (Real Estate Channel Sales)
Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for onboarding, managing and nurturing relationships with real estate channel partners. The role includes driving business growth through activations, follow-ups, and ensuring partners are actively engaged on the Square Connect platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Onboarding
Identify, connect and onboard new real estate agents/channel partners
Explain product offerings, platform benefits, and subscription plans
Ensure smooth onboarding and verification process
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners
Resolve concerns, offer product support, and ensure high partner satisfaction
Act as a single point of contact for partners platform-related queries
3. Sales & Activation
Drive daily activations and monthly revenue targets
Promote subscription upgrades & new service offerings
Track partner performance and ensure consistent usage of the platform
4. Business Growth & Reporting
Follow up regularly to convert active partners to paid subscribers
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
Share daily/weekly reports with the team manager

Strong communication & negotiation skills
Good understanding of real estate market trends
Target-driven with a sales-focused mindset
Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
Basic tech/platform understanding (CRM, apps, dashboards)
Qualifications:
Graduation mandatory
Fresher or experienced (sales/real estate experience preferred)
