Responsibilities include:
- Be an internal source of expertise in the Digital project management field and respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries
- Experience running projects in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Emphasis on best practice project management techniques
- Manage a team of developers and QA executives locally to deliver against a project plan and budget
- Report project progress and anticipate risks
- Establish project governance contact points with the client-service offices, such as London or NY
- Regularly update Project Managers in client-service offices on project progress
- Manage and optimise internal workflow to ensure/increase productivity
- Project execution including scope change, briefing, burn rate and progress tracking
- Project kick-off and closure documentation
- Experience in reading and understanding technical and functional specifications
- Support and mentor team members, where needed
- Attend internal meetings as a representative of the Digital production team as and when required
- Represent Hogarth to the client and other third party partners
Requirements
- Having over 5 years of project management experience in delivering web/mobile application, and CMS-based website projects
- Experience of working in a decoupled environment and collaborating effectively with other third party agencies
- Strong knowledge of Content Management and CRM systems (experience with Drupal would be ideal)
- Software expertise - JIRA, Confluence, Office 365, Smartsheets, MS Project
- Experience of delivering large master and localization web site projects
- Experience in using a content management system for content management / content loading
- Passion for and understanding of internet technologies is as must
- Management of globally distributed project delivery teams
- Understanding of basic Quality Assurance standards and methodologies
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines and standards

- SCRUM: The ability to use the methods of Scrum in management of projects
- Client Servicing: The ability to manage client needs through the entire project lifecycle
- Organisation: The ability to juggle a varied workload and to prioritise time effectively
