Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of digital content across social media platforms and YouTube. The role involves managing show-led campaigns, overseeing AI-driven content workflows, and leading a team of editors to deliver high-quality, scalable digital output aligned with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Platform Management

Manage and oversee all digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant channels

Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content

Plan and execute content calendars aligned with show launches and marketing strategies

Stay updated on digital trends and implement innovative growth strategies

2. YouTube Channel Management

Own end-to-end YouTube operations including publishing, SEO optimization, metadata, and thumbnails

Drive subscriber growth, engagement, and watch time

Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly

Coordinate closely with editors to ensure timely delivery of videos

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

Lead digital campaigns for show launches, promotions, and key announcements

Collaborate with internal teams including creative, marketing, and production

Ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables within defined budgets

Monitor and optimize campaign performance for maximum reach and engagement

4. AI Content Workflow Management

Supervise AI editors working on AI-driven shows and content formats

Implement and streamline AI-based content production workflows

Ensure quality control, consistency, and creative alignment in AI-generated outputs

Identify and integrate new AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability

5. Team Leadership

Manage and mentor a team of editors

Allocate tasks, set clear deadlines, and track progress

Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and creative standards

Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment

6. Content Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute content strategies across formats including reels, shorts, and long-form videos

Align content output with overall brand and campaign objectives

Work closely with writers, designers, and production teams

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, views, watch time, subscriber growth)

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes

Key Skills & Qualifications

47 years of experience in digital content management, preferably in media/entertainment

Strong understanding of YouTube ecosystem, social media platforms, and digital analytics

Experience managing teams and leading creative workflows

Familiarity with AI-based content tools and workflows is highly preferred

Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Growth in followers and subscribers across platforms

Engagement rates and watch time metrics

Timely delivery of content and campaigns

Efficiency and scalability of AI-driven workflows

  • Team productivity and quality of output
