Role Overview:
The Digital Project Manager oversees the end-to-end production of digital assets and experiences ensuring seamless project execution across creative, design, development, and post-production teams. This role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving high-quality digital delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, including websites, landing pages, banners, social campaigns, CRM assets, and platform-based content.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, developers, QA, and motion teams to scope, plan, and execute digital deliverables.
- Create and maintain project timelines, schedules, and workflows, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Translate client briefs into clear requirements, technical specs, and SOPs for internal teams.
- Coordinate asset collection, versioning, localization, and digital content adaptations across multiple markets.
- Conduct QA checks for functionality, accuracy, platform specs, and brand consistency.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and communicate updates proactively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage vendor coordination, including developers, freelancers, platform specialists, and QA partners when required.
- Ensure delivery across digital platforms adheres to performance, accessibility, and platform guidelines.
- Support operational improvements by helping build documentation, workflow standards, and best practices within the digital production team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communication, Project Management, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Digital Producer, Project Manager, or Digital Coordinator in an agency or production environment.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, including CMS, social platforms, banner specs, and web technologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, CMS workflows, or QA processes is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
