Assess and intake incoming projects and campaign requests, consult with Digital teams to convert projects.
Ensure all assets are available, prioritize work, assign resources, schedule kickoff calls, and apply appropriate SLAs to client requests.
Manage workflow and schedule of requests from intake to release, keeping all parties informed of status.
Escalate conflicts and risks, follow up on missing assets, and ensure proper project closure.
Enforce adherence to procedures and guidelines for workflow processes and deadlines to ensure standardized approach and delivery.
Collaborate with Digital team leadership to maintain project management guidelines, best practices, and process documentation.
Proactively avoid delays in client feedback using reminder tactics and escalate issues when timelines are at risk.
Maintain strong working relationships internally and with clients to ensure open communication regarding priorities, requirements, and status.
Utilize project management systems extensively, with Workfront as the preferred technology.
