Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects from requirement intake through QA, approval, and go-live.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans aligned with business and WW requirements.
- Coordinate closely with developers, QA teams, translation vendors, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the quality gatekeeper by performing and validating QA checks (content accuracy, functionality, links, compliance, approvals) before publishing.
- Manage CMS-based content delivery (e.g., AEM or similar enterprise platforms), including publishing, validation, and post-launch checks.
- Handle WW vs local market alignment, ensuring deviations are reviewed, documented, and approved before execution.
- Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and communicate impacts with clear recommendations.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, brand, and compliance standards before release.
- Maintain clear documentation, approvals, and audit-ready project records.
- Support delivery of digital initiatives including web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, localized content, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with creative and development teams to ensure execution accuracy and delivery quality, without direct people management.

This Role Is Right for You If You Have
- 812+ years of experience in digital project delivery, web publishing, or CMS-based environments.
- Proven experience managing global or multi-regional digital deliveries.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, go-live readiness, and release accountability.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (AEM or equivalent).
- Ability to confidently manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ownership mindset.
- Working knowledge of project management tools (Workfront, Jira, Confluence, MS Office).
