About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will drive the development and delivery of customer-centric digital products aligned with business strategy. You will define product roadmaps, own product lifecycle outcomes, and translate complex data and user insights into actionable product strategies. You will be responsible for balancing innovation, customer needs, and operational feasibility while delivering measurable business value.
This role requires deep analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. You will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, developing product requirements, and managing performance across the product development lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and own strategic product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead the creation of Financial Memorandums including detailed cost-benefit analyses and justification for product investments.
- Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to shape and validate product direction.
- Define and communicate product requirements, ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
- Ensure continuous delivery of value through agile methodologies and iterative development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, design, and commercial units.
- Manage operational and technical performance, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability for outcomes.
- Guide products through cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements as applicable.
- Ensure product scalability by aligning with enterprise technology architecture and data standards.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and continuously assess opportunities for innovation.
Experience and Qualifications
- Education: BS/MS in Business, Economics, STEM or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5+ years in product management with a consistent track record of launching and managing successful products
