Digital Printing Textile Master
J.R. Synthetic Pvt. Ltd., a legacy saree dyeing and printing house in Pandesara, Surat (est. 1983, 3 lakh meters daily capacity), seeks an experienced Digital Printing Master for our expansion into digital textiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain digital printing machines, with expertise in sublimation printing techniques and troubleshooting.
- Lead a team of designers and operators, leveraging long-standing industry experience to ensure smooth production.
- Bring established market connectionssecure job work parties and clients to drive business growth (primary focus).
- Collaborate on high-volume synthetic fabric printing, aligning with our heritage of precision and scale.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in digital textile printing, especially sublimation on polyester/synthetics.
- Strong team leadership (designers/operators) and hands-on machinery skills.
- Existing network of reliable clients/parties in Surat/Gujarat textile markets for immediate job work.
Compensation:
Flexibleperformance-based of job work revenue (no fixed salary constraint).
