Role Title: Digital Paid Marketing Executive
Location: Gurgaon (Full On-Site)
Experience Required minimum 4 years with proven track record of running and scaling paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, affiliate marketing or other paid channels). Working Days: 6-day working with alternate Saturdays off
Salary Range: Up to 6LPA (based on experience & capability)
Primary Objective: Build, manage, optimize and scale paid-acquisition campaigns across digital channels achieving efficient high-ROAS / low-CAC, maximizing conversions/sales, and driving growth not just execution but strategic campaign planning and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop paid-acquisition strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Affiliates (or other performance networks), and any other relevant paid channels.
- Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns: audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategies, ad creatives & copy, A/B testing, landing page performance, retargeting, funnel optimization.
- Define KPIs (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, etc.), set targets, track performance, present regular performance reports; derive insights & course-correct campaigns.
- Build attribution & tracking frameworks (UTMs, pixels, analytics, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager), ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative/ design/ content/ product/ affiliate teams to align campaigns with overall marketing and business strategy.
- Conduct competitor research, market & audience research, and identify new paid channels / growth levers.
- Plan and manage monthly/quarterly ad budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
- Suggest and implement experiments (e.g. new ad formats, platforms, creatives, funnels) show evidence of past performance improvements.
- Maintain documentation and campaign best practices; optimize processes; stay updated on latest platform updates/advertising trends.
