Job Overview
Aranyakaa Farms is seeking a high-caliber, digitally-savvy sales professional to lead our premium lead generation and outreach efforts. Unlike traditional cold calling roles, this position focuses on high-intent networking. You will leverage LinkedIn Premium/Sales Navigator to identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and NRI investors, ultimately converting them into proud owners of Aranyakaa Farm projects.
Key Responsibilities
Targeted Prospecting: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential investors based on specific demographics, seniority, and interests.
Strategic Outreach: Craft personalized, value-driven connection requests and InMails that resonate with HNI interests in sustainable living and land investment.
Lead Nurturing: Manage the full top-of-funnel lifecyclefrom the initial Accept to the first discovery call.
Project Evangelism: Articulate the unique value proposition of Aranyakaa Farms, focusing on the blend of luxury, sustainability, and long-term asset appreciation.
CRM Management: Maintain a meticulous record of LinkedIn interactions and transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Brand Representation: Maintain an elite professional profile on LinkedIn that reflects the prestige of the Aranyakaa brand.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in premium sales, luxury real estate, or high-ticket financial services.
LinkedIn Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator (Boolean searches, InMail strategies, and social selling index improvement).
Communication: Exceptional written English with the ability to strike a balance between professional persistence and refined social etiquette.
Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the real estate landscape or a deep passion for managed farmlands and sustainable development.
Education: Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
