Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Operations Intern to support and manage the company's internal digital operations, automation workflows, marketing backend systems, and team coordination. This role will act as a key support function for marketing and operations teams by managing tools, platforms, automations, and day-to-day digital tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain internal digital platforms such as Google Workspace, Trello, Hostinger, Brevo, and other operational tools
Handle automation workflows using Make | AI Workflow Automation Software & Tools, Zapier, and webhooks
Manage databases, internal records, and digital documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, video editors, graphic designers) to track deliverables
Follow up on content creation, collect creatives, and manage approval workflows
Manage social media operations including post scheduling, captions, and coordination
Work on Meta Business Suite, including Facebook page management and Meta Ads
Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns
Troubleshoot digital platforms and research new tools to improve team efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
13 years of experience in digital operations, marketing operations, or related roles
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and project management tools
Familiarity with automation tools (Make | AI Workflow Automation Software & Tools , Zapier)
Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
