Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Operations Executive to manage and support the execution of digital marketing operations across multiple client accounts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day digital operations for client campaigns across platforms
- Coordinate with performance, creative, content, and social media teams
- Ensure timely execution, tracking, and optimization of digital activities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports and MIS
- Maintain client documentation, timelines, and operational workflows
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvements
- Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up operational frameworks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing or operations
- Basic understanding of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Social Media)
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, CRM, or project management tools
