Digital Network - Senior SME (WL1)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage overall network technology and ensure readiness for technology rollouts.
2. Troubleshoot network issues, implement resolutions, and validate outcomes.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SME and collaborate with third-party vendors.
4. Maintain network equipment inventory, ensure SLA adherence, and track tickets for compliance.

Job Requirements:

1. B.E / B.Tech / MCA degree.
2. Expert-level certifications such as ACMX or CCIE Wireless.
3. Strong skills in network design and troubleshooting.
4. Experience in managing network technology and ensuring process compliance.
