Digital Network - Senior SME (SD2)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the planning and execution of network technology rollouts.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring timely updates and solutions.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SMEs and collaborate with third-party vendors.
4. Maintain inventory, ensure SLA compliance, and manage ticket resolution process.

Job Requirements:

1. B.E / B.Tech / MCA degree.
2. Expert-level certifications such as NSE7, CCIE-Data Center, DNAIE, or ENSDWI.
3. Extensive experience in SDWAN design and network management.
4. Strong troubleshooting skills and adherence to process compliance.
