Digital Network & Security - SME (NS1)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and investigate logs for Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments.
2. Identify issues, implement troubleshooting steps, and resolve problems efficiently.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SMEs and assist in resolving complex issues.
4. Ensure process compliance by maintaining accurate tickets and adhering to SLAs.

Job Requirements:

1. Any Graduate (Engineering / Science).
2. Certifications in Windows Server Administration, VMware, or Virtualization Fundamentals.
3. Knowledge of antivirus management and system troubleshooting.
4. Proficient in clustering, patching, and scripting for automation.
