Digital Network & Security - Senior Administrator (NS1)

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc in Chemistry or related field (UG); Any Postgraduate (PG).
• Mandatory Certifications: F5 Certified Technical Specialist, CCNP Security, CCNP Wireless, RCPE Professional-Level Certification in WAN Optimization, ZIA Prof, ZPA Prof, ACCP, CCNP Service Provider.
• Strong experience in network technology management, particularly for Cisco R&S, Nexus Switch, and Firepower Firewall systems.
• Expertise in network troubleshooting, restoration, and resolution with a proven ability to manage escalations to Level 3 support.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage overall network technology for the business, including planning and executing technology rollouts, scope expansion, and team readiness.
• Troubleshoot network issues, resolve known issues, and implement resolution steps while ensuring ticket updates and documenting outcomes.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 3 SMEs, coordinating with 3rd party vendors for support.
• Ensure compliance with defined processes by tracking SLAs, preparing shift handover reports, and maintaining inventory and documentation.
