Digital Network & Security - Associate Manager

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage network technology for the business, including planning and execution of new technology rollouts.
2. Troubleshoot network issues, implement resolution steps, and update tickets with actions and outcomes.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SMEs and support troubleshooting with third-party vendors.
4. Ensure process compliance by updating tickets, preparing shift handover reports, and maintaining inventory.

Job Requirements:

1. B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Engineering/Computers.
2. Certifications: F5 Certified Solutions Expert, CCIE Security/Wireless, ZTCA, ACCX, or CCIE Service Provider.
3. Strong knowledge in network design, firewall configuration, and network security.
4. Experience with wireless technologies, troubleshooting, and process compliance.
