Digital Network - Associate Manager (WL1)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Oversee network technology management, including planning and executing new rollouts and ensuring team readiness.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, updating tickets with actions taken and outcomes.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SME, coordinating with third-party vendors as needed.
4. Maintain process compliance by tracking tickets, preparing shift handover reports, and ensuring SLA adherence.

Job Requirements:

1. B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Engineering/Computers.
2. Expert-level certifications: ACMX, CCIE Wireless.
3. Strong experience in network design, management, and security.
