Digital Network - Administrator

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor and investigate system logs for issues across Windows, VMware, and HyperV
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using knowledge base documentation and validate outcomes
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L3 SMEs and coordinate with third-party vendors
• Maintain ticket documentation, ensure SLA compliance, and provide shift handover reports
• Ensure compliance with escalation protocols and contribute to continuous service improvements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
• OS 201, Windows Server Admin, or VMware-201 certification (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration, patching, clustering, and virtualization
• Strong scripting knowledge for task automation and performance optimization
