What You'll Do

1. Create High-Impact Motion & Digital Design

Design high-quality motion graphics and digital visuals for social media, SEO, and digital platforms.

Translate briefs and brand guidelines into engaging visual stories.

Deliver work that consistently achieves high first-round acceptance, maintaining an internal approval benchmark across Marketing, Digital, and Design stakeholders.

2. Own Project Delivery & Coordination

Manage multiple digital design projects simultaneouslymotion, social media, and SEO visuals.

Maintain clear documentation of progress, feedback, and approvals using CRM or project management tools.

3. Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Innovation may include new visual formats, storytelling approaches, motion styles, or workflow improvements.

Focus on ideas that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, or SEO performance, and document learnings for the team.

4. Apply Strong Technical & Trend Awareness

Stay current with motion graphics and digital design trends and apply them thoughtfully to live projects.

Demonstrate strong working proficiency in Adobe creative suits, Blender & Coral Draw.

Participate in quarterly internal reviews to ensure consistent quality and technical growth.

5. Collaborate Across Teams

Partner closely with client-facing, marketing, and digital teams to support priority initiatives.

Provide timely, reliable design support while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
