Hatch Project Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a strategic, hands-on Social Media Team Lead with a strong eye for visual storytelling, deep understanding of lifestyle & e-commerce branding, and proven expertise in performance marketing across Meta and Google platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with data, build high-impact social media ecosystems, and drive measurable business growth for multiple brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Media Strategy & Brand Building
- Build and scale a strong digital media presence for E-commerce, Start-up, Hospitality, and Lifestyle brands across India.
- Define clear digital media engagement strategies in close collaboration with clients.
- Own brand voice, visual language, and storytelling across platforms.
Content, Visuals & Community Growth
- Work closely with internal teams to create high-performing reels, carousels, stories, and campaigns.
- Lead the planning and execution of monthly content calendars, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Drive community growth through personalised, trend-led, and visually compelling content.
- Build and nurture strong online communities (owned & earned).
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
- Track KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS, CAC, and growth metrics.
- Continuously evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies for scale.
- Develop bi-monthly performance and insight reports, including trend analysis and growth opportunities.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with clients, creators, influencers, and vendors to co-create impactful content.
- Ensure seamless execution across 1015 client accounts.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify best practices across industries.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of visual content planning, feed aesthetics, and brand storytelling
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics & Merchant Center
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High creative sensibility with a performance-first mindset
Work Experience & Qualifications
- 56 years of experience in a Social Media Manager / Team Lead role
- Proven experience managing agency-side social media accounts
- Strong knowledge of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Snapchat
- Experience across B2B and B2C brands (preferred)
- Background in Big Agencies, Media Houses, or Multinational B2B environments is a plus
- Relevant degree in Mass Media, Communications, Advertising, or Marketing
