We are seeking a high-performing Digital Media Sales professional for our Oplifi team to drive revenue for a new-age digital media and advertising platform. The role focuses on selling data-led, contextual and content-driven media solutions to media agencies and direct brand clients across priority categories. If you're a natural networker, a persuasive negotiator, and a confident presenter who understands the pulse of the media world, this is your stage to shine.

In this role you will

  • Drive media sales revenue by selling digital media solutions and properties to media agencies and brand marketing teams.
  • Build and grow long-term relationships with agency planners, buyers, and brand stakeholders.
  • Manage key categories including BFSI, Consumer Durables, FMCG, E-commerce, Technology, and other growth categories.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, pitching, solutioning, commercial negotiations, closure, and post-sale coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, product, content, and operations teams to deliver customized, outcome-driven media solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Track category trends, client spends, and competitive landscape to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring timely collections.

You have

  • 36 years of experience in digital media sales, ad sales, content sales, or platform sales.
  • Strong working relationships with media agencies and brand marketing teams.
  • Prior experience selling to BFSI and Consumer Durables brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, contextual media, content integrations, and performance-led solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a 01 or high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable selling consultatively and building custom solutions for clients.
