Role Overview:
We're seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, drive B2B lead generation, and build brand awareness in the digital signage and DOOH space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content (posts, blogs, videos) tailored for corporate, retail, banking, and hospitality sectors.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) to generate inbound leads.
- Oversee website traffic, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
- Analyze performance data and refine strategies for better ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to nurture leads and support conversions.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing, paid ads, SEO, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in leading teams.
- Prior experience in AdTech, SaaS, or DOOH is a plus.
