Digital Media Manager
Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
Experience: 4–6 Years
Salary Budget: ₹6.0 LPA – ₹7.8 LPA
Working Days: 5.5 Days Working (Alternate Saturdays working )
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Media Manager to lead and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, media planning, campaign execution, analytics, and lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Other relevant digital advertising platforms
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing page performance.
Track and analyze campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Work closely with content, creative, and sales teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
Implement conversion tracking, UTM tracking, remarketing, and attribution models.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Paid Media Management.
Hands-on expertise in:
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (preferred)
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as:
CTR
CPC
CPL
CPA
ROAS
Conversion Rate
Experience managing monthly advertising budgets and lead generation campaigns.
Proficiency in campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification.
Google Analytics Certification.
Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns.
Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Relevant Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
