Job Description

Key Responsibilities-

• Owning up media planning and delivery for key account

• Day to day client servicing, optimization of on-going campaigns and coordinating between the client and internal teams

• Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of on-going campaigns. Assist in strategic analysis of campaigns

• Manage day-to-day client interaction along with the final plan presentation to the client

• Owning up brand and individual KPI'sto drive business goals

• To supervise and design media plans using appropriate media tools.

• To create culture of innovation and have all contribute to creative media solutions.

• To proactively provide inputs/ directions to client and be responsive for client needs

• Facilitate development of team members through on –the-job coaching and initiate developmental training.

• To ensure smooth team functioning and timely resolution of team conflicts

Experience Details-

• 3+ years experience in similar field

• Previous experience of working with a digital media agency

• Managed end to end Digital Media Planning campaigns

• Platform knowledge – Facebook, Google, Programmatic, Publishers

• Good vendor relations

• Should have managed a team of individual multi-functional individuals

Job Related Skills-

• Developing Media Strategy to achieve respective brand's objectives

• Planning, implementing & execution of the campaigns

• Overall account management- suggesting digital innovations, brand & campaign strategy, performance reviews, managing the respective stakeholders

• Manage complex projects with an ability to handle multiple projects at a time

• Set and meet deadlines forself as well as others

• Abreast with industry trends and innovations to drive thought leadership in business.

• Media dashboard experience – Adwords, Dv360, Facebook

• Analytically bent with Creative mindset

• Thorough understanding and management of media governance processes and inter- department relationships

Most Important Skills-

• Strong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoning

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Inter-personal relationship builder and stakeholder management is critical

• Knowledge of media planning tools – Comscore, GWI, Similarweb etc
