Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
- Conduct interactive training sessions focused on practical digital marketing skills.
- Teach core areas such as SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, Analytics, and Marketing Tools.
- Use real business examples, case studies, and live projects in teaching.
Curriculum Enhancement
- Support in improving the curriculum to keep it aligned with current industry practices.
- Update training material regularly based on new tools, platforms, and trends.
Student Development
- Track student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Mentor students on projects, portfolios, and career readiness.
- Help bridge skill gaps to ensure students become job-ready.
Engagement & Outreach
- Conduct workshops, demo sessions, and seminars when required.
- Represent TEONOX at college events or awareness sessions.
Learning Experience
- Create a positive, high-energy classroom environment.
- Encourage participation, curiosity, and hands-on learning.
Must-Have Skills- 25 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, SEO, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in handling a classroom or group training.
- Industry-first mindset with a focus on outcomes, not theory.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young talent.
Good-to-Have- Prior training or mentoring experience.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or growth-focused company.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing workflows.
- Ability to design assignments, projects, and assessments.
EducationAny graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. We value skills and industry experience more than specialisation.
