Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Digital Marketing Trainer.

The trainer will be responsible for co-creating the curriculum, delivering practical, job-oriented digital marketing training, and ensuring measurable skill improvement in students.

Key responsibilities include developing and updating training modules, conducting hands-on classes and workshops, guiding students through real-world projects, and evaluating student performance through pre- and post-skill assessments. The role also involves mentoring students, helping them build industry-ready portfolios, and aligning training outcomes with current market requirements.

The trainer is expected to stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms, and continuously integrate these into the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and refine industry-relevant digital marketing training programs
  • Co-create and update curriculum aligned with current job market needs
  • Conduct interactive, hands-on sessions covering practical use cases
  • Create and manage pre- and post-training skill evaluation reports
  • Mentor students and guide them in building job-ready portfolios
  • Track learner progress and provide structured, actionable feedback
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Sales Funnels
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom engagement skills
  • Practical, hands-on experience in planning and executing real marketing campaigns
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and skill-building
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, and content platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate professional is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Compensation
  • Annual CTC: 9,00,000 per annum (9 LPA)
  • Compensation will be aligned with experience, skill depth, and training outcomes delivered
