Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media Optimization Trainee. The trainee will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance online presence and engage with target audiences. Daily responsibilities include creating social media content, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for various platforms, and collaborating with the digital marketing team. The role will also involve researching emerging social media trends and identifying opportunities to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns effectively
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a knack for audience engagement
• Proficiency in social media tools and platforms is a plus
• Educational background in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred
