Key Responsibilities:
Content Optimization & Operations
- Assist with publishing and editing articles in the Media section.
- Conduct content audits across digital channels and implement suggested updates.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Team in New Jersey for global alignment.
Social Media & Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Schedule and post content across multiple social media platforms as per corporate guidelines.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Monitor social media analytics, performance, and competitor activities.
- Support ORM activities by tracking and responding to online reviews.
SEO Support
- Perform basic keyword research and optimize on-page/off-page content.
- Build internal backlinks and maintain the Media Section's structure.
Email Marketing
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to design and execute email campaigns.
- Audit subscriber lists, segment audiences, and monitor campaign metrics.
- Identify and correct deviations to ensure compliance with branding guidelines.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze data from digital tools and CRM systems.
- Prepare performance reports for digital campaigns and key metrics.
General Administrative Tasks
- Maintain the digital marketing asset library.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
