About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead with a strong focus on SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in digital marketing, particularly in Search Engine Optimization, and exposure to US or international clients is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Exposure to US/International Client (Preferred) Prior Experience in Digital Marketing (Search Engine Optimization) / Project Coordinator / Project Manager roles.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Lead and mentor the SEO team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages for SEO.
- Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center and Google AdWords campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, able to generate interest and engage the client during calls and on emails.
Qualification And Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of Google Merchant Center and Google AdWords.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
