Location: Coimbatore

Package: 20,000 - 30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing

Probation: 3-6 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Analyst & Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a passion for data-driven marketing and analysis. The candidate will also have additional skills in graphic design using Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google, Meta & Linkedin Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), optimizing for the best ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize ad campaigns to achieve KPIs, including impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Generate detailed reports for key stakeholders, showing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously track and assess market trends to inform future campaigns.

3. Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Recommend optimization strategies based on data analysis and market trends.

4. Canva Design (Add-On Skill):

  • Design visually appealing ad creatives for Google Ads and Meta Ads using Canva.
  • Create social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials as needed.

5. Client Communication:

  • Communicate campaign progress and results to clients and internal teams.
  • Address client queries and provide expert advice on digital marketing strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including search, display, and video ads.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and their respective tools (Business Manager, Ads Manager).
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Ability to work with marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for the best ROI.

2. Desirable:

  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
