Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist for a luxury real estate brokerage.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer with hands-on expertise in Generative AI (image + video creation) and strong understanding of the luxury property buyer mindset. You will architect digital campaigns, manage LinkedIn and social authority-building, and create content funnels that attract high-quality, investment-ready clients.
You will work to elevate brand presence, improve lead pipelines, and strengthen the company's luxury positioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Enhanced Creative & Content Production- Produce AI-generated images & video content for luxury listings, ads, brand storytelling, and lead magnets
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, RunwayML, Pika Labs, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to create premium visuals
- Develop automation workflows for content scaling
Social Media & LinkedIn Growth- Build authority and thought leadership for the Personal brand.
- Create and manage content calendars optimized for luxury real estate buyers
- Improve engagement, inbound requests, and high-quality reach
Client Interaction & Business Understanding- Translate business goals into marketing actions
- Present insights, reports & performance recommendations
Market Research & Competitor Tracking- Identify trends in luxury real estate buyer psychology
- Recommend new content approaches, funnels & AI innovations
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
- 24 years experience in digital marketing
- Must have worked in luxury real estate or another premium, high-ticket segment
- Proven success managing and scaling on LinkedIn + Social Media Platforms
Technical Skills- Generative AI Expertise:
- Midjourney, RunwayML, Pika, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly or equivalent
- AI Marketing: ChatGPT, prompt engineering, automation tools
- Social Media Platforms (Paid + Organic): IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Meta Insights, reporting dashboards
- Design Tools: Canva, Sora, Adobe Suite (bonus for strong creative eye)
- CRM: Lead tracking, nurturing workflows, funnel reporting
Luxury-Specific Skills- Strong aesthetic sense aligned with premium & ultra-luxury brands
- Understanding of high-net-worth buyer behaviour and expectations
