Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns. • Manage social media platforms, website content, and SEO initiatives.

• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, etc., to increase brand awareness and website traffic

• Create, curate, and strategize impactful content for the website and social media channels.

• Support fundraising and outreach campaigns through digital channels.

• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of communication plans.

• Manage the digital marketing team to achieve organizational objectives and measurable outcomes. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics.

• Excellent communication and content development skills.

Proposed Salary Annual CTC of 4.8 LPA – 5.5 LPA
