Digital Marketing Specialist with SAAS Product Experience

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist.

The specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web platforms, as well as supporting sales initiatives to generate leads and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Driving brand visibility and lead generation
• Managing social media content calendars and engagement
• Monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance
• Coordinating with internal teams to support marketing and sales goals
• Assisting the sales team by nurturing leads, preparing proposals, and supporting client communication
• Working closely with sales leadership to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Experience in B2B digital marketing (preferred)
• Knowledge of Web Analytics, SEO, SEM, and online campaign optimization
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the technology or IT services industry.
• Experience in US and UK Marketing
• Experience in Sales, lead generation, or supporting sales activities
