Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PPC advertising, keyword research, conversion tracking, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Monitor campaign budgets, bids, CPC, CPA, and overall advertising performance.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
• Create compelling ad copy and coordinate with design teams for creatives and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Perform A/B testing of ads, keywords, audiences, and landing pages.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost per lead and improve lead quality.
• Stay updated with Google Ads features, policies, and digital advertising trends.

Required Skills

• 2 years hands-on experience with Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
• Knowledge of keyword match types, negative keywords, bidding strategies, and quality score.
• Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of landing page optimization and lead generation.
