About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing and optimizing digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms

Develop data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives

Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align campaign strategies with overall business goals

Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights and reports

Manage multiple campaigns across channels while ensuring timely delivery and quality execution

Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

Mandatory Requirements

4–6 years of experience in a digital advertising agency (non-negotiable)

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms

Strong expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
