Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Digital Marketing Specialist Amazon & Flipkart Ads. In this role, you will manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart, develop strategies to improve product visibility, and maximize return on ad spend.

Responsibilities include keyword research, campaign setup and optimization, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales and traffic data, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product listings and ad creatives. You will play a key role in driving growth across marketplace platforms through continuous testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in e-commerce advertising and performance marketing
• Experience with Amazon Ads and/or Flipkart Ads platforms
• Strong understanding of keyword research, bid management, and campaign structure
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights
• Familiarity with reporting tools and Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
