Role Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Requirements:
Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, or display advertising campaigns.
Hands-on experience with latest marketing automation and enablement tools, such as Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar automation and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in online marketing, automation, and measurement.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and continuously seeking to improve and learn.
Willingness to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
Goal-oriented and strategic mindset with strong documentation and writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and campaign ROI, to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage all aspects of SEO and SEM to drive organic traffic and optimize paid campaigns.
Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar) to streamline outreach, track engagement, and improve conversion efficiency.
Analyze digital data and provide insights to optimize performance and ROI.
Develop and execute content strategies across various digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content.
Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
