Job Location: Sadashiv Peth, Pune
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor daily budgets, ROI, CPL, and overall campaign performance.
- Run targeted campaigns for UPSC, MPSC, and other state services aspirants.
2. SEO & Website Management- Perform keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO.
- Optimize website pages for rankings and lead generation.
- Coordinate with content writers for blogs, landing pages, and articles.
3. Social Media Marketing- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram channels.
- Create & execute monthly content calendars.
- Track social media growth, reels, and engagement metrics.
4. Analytics & Reporting- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta dashboards, and CRM data.
- Generate weekly & monthly performance reports.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
5. Brand & Content Support- Work with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and banners.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Support digital promotions of batches, mentorship programs, and webinars.
Required Skills- Strong understanding of UPSC, MPSC, and state services exams (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- SEO (on-page & off-page)
- Google Analytics
- Social Media Marketing
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced campaign requirements.
Eligibility- 13 years of experience in digital marketing (education domain preferred).
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Prior experience working with an Ed-Tech or coaching institute is highly preferred.
