About the Role: Ujjwal Patni International is looking for a tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist who understands the technical side of Paid Ads, Funnels, Automations, and AI tools to scale the reach of Dr. Ujjwal Patni's events and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Marketing (Google & Meta Ads)

• End-to-end setup, monitoring, and optimization of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (YouTube/Search).
• Manage audiences, retargeting pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Focus on lead generation and lowering Cost Per Lead (CPL) for our programs and webinars.

2. Marketing Automation & Tech Stack

• Build and manage automations using AI tools.
• Handle WhatsApp Automation and Email Marketing sequences.
• Set up Instagram DM automations to convert comments into leads.

3. Webinar & Event Management

• Technical management of large-scale webinars.
• Ensure landing pages, registration links, and email reminders are functioning perfectly before events.
• Handle the live backend support during digital sessions.

4. AI Implementation

• Use AI tools effectively to speed up operational tasks (data sorting, basic copy variations, image resizing, etc.).
• Stay updated on the latest AI tools to improve team efficiency.

Who Should Apply

• Experience: You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience running ads and managing marketing tools.
• Location: You are willing to live and work in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
• Certification: Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus.
