About us

The Earth Saviours Foundation has spent over two decades caring for abandoned senior citizens, mentally challenged individuals and the homeless. Our new Philanthropic Ventures Wing exists to scale that work using the systems, ambition and execution standards of a fast-growing company. The only difference is that our bottom line is measured in lives changed.

The role

You own how our ventures raise funds and generate high-intent leads through paid channels. You set the channel mix and the budget, brief the creative, read the data and optimise relentlessly across Meta, Google and emerging platforms. Strategist and operator in equal measure. Reports into Business Development, works closely with Communications.

What you will do

• Build and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other performance channels
• Own the budget end to end: allocation, spend tracking, cost per action, LTV targets
• Design lead magnets, landing pages and funnel flows, then test and refine them
• Build donor acquisition campaigns and manage recurring giving programmes
• Brief designers and copywriters, and A/B test creative, messaging and targeting
• Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and donation value; build dashboards and weekly reports
• Segment audiences and develop lookalike and interest-based targeting models
• Stay ahead of platform changes, and work with the tech team on tracking and CRM integration

What we are looking for

• 2 to 7 years in performance marketing or paid advertising, agency or in-house
• Hands-on depth in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including scaling monthly spend past ₹10L
• Fluency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets and basic SQL
• A portfolio of campaigns with real numbers behind them; you can defend every rupee spent
• Analytical instincts built on hypotheses and iteration rather than hunches
• Clear written and spoken English and Hindi, including ad copy
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline

Nice to have: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification, fundraising or mission-driven marketing experience, familiarity with GiveIndia, Razorpay or DonorBox, CRM and marketing automation platforms, an understanding of donor psychology.
