Job Description

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: New Delhi

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist!

Are you passionate about digital marketing and looking to grow your skills across paid campaigns, analytics, and organic strategies We're looking for a driven digital marketer to join our growing team and work across a wide variety of campaigns and platforms. If you enjoy learning in a fast-paced environment and want hands-on experience across organic and paid channels, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Marketing & Lead Generation

– Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms to generate qualified leads.

– Monitor ROAS, CPL, CAC, and other key metrics, and support campaign adjustments based on performance data.

Campaign Tracking & Analysis

– Assist with basic tracking setup using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4, along with Meta Pixel and CRM integrations, to help track user journeys, lead flow, and conversions.

Performance Reporting

– Assist in creating monthly and quarterly reports, and help summarize insights based on campaign performance.

AI-Driven Digital Marketing

– Use AI tools and platforms to improve performance and productivity across key parameters.

– Support the application of AI-based approaches in campaign design, content, and audience targeting.

Cross-Team Collaboration

– Provide hands-on assistance to internal teams across departments on digital marketing initiatives.

Strategy & Execution

– Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to support full-funnel paid marketing campaigns.

– Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Live Streaming Support

– Assist in coordinating and running live sessions on social media using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) — training will be provided.

SEO & Website Optimization

– Support on-page and off-page SEO efforts to drive traffic and improve visibility.

– Work with Google Analytics to help set up events and track growth and traffic.

Organic Growth

– Monitor and help interpret organic performance (SEO rankings, organic social reach, engagement, and website traffic) to identify growth opportunities.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2-3 years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation.

• Paid Media Expertise: Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Live Streaming: Willingness to run live sessions on social media using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software); training will be provided.

• GTM & Analytics: Understanding of tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for tracking campaign performance.

• Organic Strategy: Familiarity with organic strategies (SEO, social, content) and an interest in exploring new tips and techniques to support organic growth.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable supporting teams across creative, sales, and content on digital marketing initiatives.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.

• Digital Curiosity: Genuinely interested in the latest digital trends, tools, and platforms, with an eagerness to learn and contribute fresh ideas.

Good to Have.

• Prior exposure to working with podcasters, influencers, or content creators on collaborations, guest features, or co-branded content.

• Prior experience in getting growth and visibility on social platforms using unconventional and out-of-the-box approaches.
