TalentGlider is looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on performance metrics, experimentation, and ROI-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (must-have)
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid optimization
- Create compelling ad copies and collaborate on creatives
- Track and analyze performance using GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager
- Implement conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with clear insights
- Scale campaigns based on performance data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience running LinkedIn Lead Gen & Conversion campaigns
- Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, pixels, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and optimization mindset
